No Upfront Fees
As a professional and highly experienced claims management firm, Expert Pension Claims is a trading style of DRSP Limited, which will charge you a fee for our services. We operate on a no win no fee basis. This means if we are not successful with your claim, you will not be charged a fee. We also do not charge any cancellation fees, unless you have cancelled within ten working days of receiving an offer, where the full fee would become due.
Our fees, should we be successful with your claim, are 30% plus VAT of the total money recovered.
These are typically deducted from the money you are awarded. Should you receive payment directly or it is added to your pension, your fee will still be payable.
