“We had been thinking about upgrading our office space for a number of years now, due the existing premises looking a little tired. We had seen other businesses that we work with had adopted white office furniture, and really liked the look and feel that it provided.

We heard about Kima on a word of mouth recommendation and visited their website and were really impressed by the wide range of office furniture available including bench desks, modular desking systems, and chairs.

To be honest, I was a little bit over-whelmed by the sheer amount of choice available, and so called their sales support team over the telephone to get some initial advice. Jemma ended up spending 40 minutes on the phone with me, recommending various products to suit us and our workplace environment.

I actually ended up placing my order over the telephone rather than with the online store, and within 7 days had our new office furniture delivered by their installation team.

Their team were courteous, polite, and well-mannered… not to mention very knowledgeable about the task in hand. Within 2 hours they had set up all of our new desks, tables, and chairs, and left the place looking spick and span, we were very happy.

If we ever need to recommend an office furniture supplier in the future, then Kima will definitely get that recommendation and we are very happy to place a review on our website for them.
